Members agree to health & well being, food production, legal, security etc. within the village. ECO Villages is a private membership association, has its own by-laws that require community involvement from each member that wraps around a persons skillset so that they contribute towards the success of the village as a whole. Collectively the entire community participates their abilities. Each persons participation to the succes of a village is equivalent in time and money. In other words, no person is worth more in time than anyone else regardless of the skillset.
